A Bill to amend Section 17-22-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to persons not to be considered for pretrial intervention, so as to provide that a person charged with an offense involving narcotic drugs, cocaine, including crack cocaine, marijuana, depressants, stimulants, or hallucinogenic drugs is not eligible for pretrial intervention; and to amend Section 17-22-120, relating to the agreement between the offender and solicitor, so as to delete the reference to drug abusers.
