    A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate Jim Bennett on the success of his television show "Weekend Gardener", which is produced in Aiken County, and extend appreciation for the fine work he is doing to bring attention and notoriety to this State through this Show and his bi-monthly publication, The Weekend Gardener Journal.
