A Concurrent Resolution memorializing Congress to take whatever action may be necessary to name the Veterans Administration Hospital in Charleston in honor of the late Ralph H. Johnson of Charleston County, a great South Carolinian and American and recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor who gave his life in the cause of freedom while in the service of his country in Vietnam.
