A Bill to provide that if the filing period is the same for election to the State Senate, the State House of Representatives, and any other multicounty or statewide office, a person may only file for election to one such office, and to provide that if the filing periods for these offices are different, a person must first withdraw his candidacy for one of these offices previously filed for before he may file for the other office.
