    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2525, so as to provide that a towing company which tows another's motor vehicle away and stores it shall notify the police department if the vehicle was illegally parked within the limits of a municipal corporation, or the sheriff or county police department, if the vehicle was illegally parked without the limits of a municipal corporation, and provide a penalty.
