A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 7, Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to offenses against the peace, by adding Section 16-7-180 so as to prohibit paramilitary training by certain persons and to prescribe criminal penalties for violations; and to amend Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to include the crime of participation in unlawful paramilitary training.
