    A Bill to establish a South Carolina National Guard Museum and State Weapons Collection; to provide for a board to manage and supervise the museum and weapons collection; to provide that National Guard equipment, supplies, and personnel may be used to maintain the museum and weapons collection but that otherwise no state funds may be expended therefor; to authorize the board to accept grants, donations, bequests, and loans and to provide that any gifts shall be deemed gifts to a charitable eleemosynary organization.
