    A Bill to amend Section 61-5-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the sale and consumption of alcoholic liquors and beverages in sealed containers of two ounces or less, so as to provide that members and guests of members of nonprofit organizations with limited membership may consume alcoholic liquor and beverages sold in these containers upon the premises of the organization beginning at twelve noon on Sunday instead of ten o'clock a.m.
