    A Bill to provide for the organization and operation of the School District of Fairfield County, to establish single-member election districts for election of trustees, to provide for the election of trustees and provide for the powers, duties, and compensation of the Board, to provide for funding of the school district's operations, to authorize the issuance of bonds, to provide for the powers and duties of the Fairfield County Superintendent of Education and area advisory trustees, and to repeal Act 812 of 1952 relating to the School District of Fairfield County.
