A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-13-240, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL RENEWAL OF COSMETOLOGISTS LICENSES AND THE REQUIREMENT THAT APPLICANTS COMPLETE CERTAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION, SO AS TO EXEMPT A PERSON WHO HAS HELD A LICENSE FOR AT LEAST FIFTEEN CONSECUTIVE YEARS AND IS SIXTY YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER FROM TAKING THE CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES.
