A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-13-227 so as to make it unlawful for a person with intent to defraud a public body of this State to use or authorize the use of public funds, employees, or property for private use or benefit, make it unlawful for a person to do or attempt to do any other act to defraud a public body of this State, and provide penalties for violation.
