A Bill to amend Sections 7-15-130, 7-15-320, as amended, and 7-15-330, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to absentee voting, so as to provide a procedure allowing absentee voting by a person who is admitted to a hospital as an emergency patient on the day of an election or on the day before the election and to provide that an application may be obtained from an extension office of the registration board.
