    A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate the South Carolina Arts Commission on being one of only four state arts agencies in the United States awarded the prestigious Local Program Challenge Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, and also congratulate the eleven local arts councils and their local government agencies on this honor.
