A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to implied consent to a chemical breath test to determine the alcoholic content of a driver's blood and the suspension of the driver's license for refusal to take the test, so as to provide that the presumptions contained in the Section in regard to driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a chemical breath test also apply to any test of urine, blood, or other body substance of the defendant.
