    A Concurrent Resolution honoring Broadway and film stars Ann Miller and Mickey Rooney upon their appearance at the newly-renovated Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium in the world-acclaimed performance of "Sugar Babies", commending the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium Commission for their outstanding work, and commemorating the opening of the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium on April 15, 1986.
