A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 58-1-60 so as to prohibit the interruption of electric or gas heating service by a utility to a residential customer who files for relief in whose household there is a resident sixty-five years of age or older during the months of December, January, and February of any year and to provide for appeals to the Public Service Commission.
