A Bill to amend Section 12-7-1220, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to targeted new jobs corporate income tax credit, so as to allow the credit to be taken against the State income tax of all qualifying employers, corporate or individual, and to allow partners and Subchapter S corporation shareholders to claim their proportionate share of the credits.
