    A Bill to amend Section 12-7-710, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the optional standard deduction, so as to delete language which restricts the use of the deduction by certain taxpayers, to amend Section 12-7-760, relating to items not deductible in computing net income, so as to add a new item, and to amend Section 33-23-20, as amended, relating to a foreign corporation's application for authority to do business in this State, so as to require the application to be accompanied by a copy of the initial report and license fee as required by Section 12-19-130 and to delete the requirement that the application must be accompanied by a copy of the corporation's articles of incorporation authenticated by a proper official of the jurisdiction of its incorporation.-amended title
