A Bill to provide that an insurance company is obligated to pay the expenses of a rental car under any policy providing for those expenses following an automobile accident until the delivery of payment in settlement of the claim for property damage or two days after the payment is mailed or for the maximum time or amount allowed under the policy for payment of those expenses, whichever occurs first.
