A Bill to provide that a person under eighteen years of age found in the unlawful possession of a handgun is subject to certain penalties, including the loss of a regular driver's license, restricted driver's license, or permit, payment of a fine, rendering community service work, and confiscation of the handgun; and to provide that it is unlawful for a person eighteen years of age or older to provide a handgun to a person under eighteen years of age, provide penalties, and provide for the confiscation of the handgun.
