    A Concurrent Resolution requesting the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to take whatever measures necessary to prevent interstate rest areas from becoming places for homosexual acts and to request the Department of Health and Environmental Control not to have condom machines placed in the rest rooms at these rest areas.
