    A Bill to prohibit in this State the commercial processing, reprocessing, or storage of any spent nuclear fuel or high-level radioactive waste generated in a foreign country; to provide penalties for violations; to provide for injunctive relief to restrain additional violations; and to provide that this Act shall not apply to the processing, reprocessing, or storage of spent nuclear fuel or radioactive waste funded by the Federal Government.
