A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-287 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO IS CONVICTED OF CAUSING A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTY, MUST BE FINED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS AND HAVE HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE SUSPENDED UNTIL HE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES A DRIVER TRAINING COURSE.
