    A Bill to amend Chapter 1, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-1-260 so as to authorize the Department of Health and Environmental Control or a person performing an early periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment screening (EPSDT) or examination of a child to refer the child to an appropriate agency for an assistive technology evaluation if it is determined that the child may benefit from such technology.
