    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 63-7-10, RELATING TO THE PURPOSE OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA CHILDREN'S CODE, SO AS TO PROVIDE CHILD WELFARE SERVICE PRINCIPLES; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 63-7-920, RELATING TO INVESTIGATIONS AND CASE DETERMINATION, SO AS TO PROVIDE GUIDELINES FOR INVESTIGATION AND REPORTING IN THE CASE OF A REPORT OF SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT.
