A Concurrent Resolution designating May 23, 1989, which is the two hundred first anniversary of South Carolina's ratification of the United States Constitution, as "Ratification Reaffirmation Day" in South Carolina and authorizing the United States Constitution Bicentennial Commission of South Carolina to plan appropriate ceremonies to take place in the State House and on the State House grounds on that day, without charge, in observance and commemoration of this historic occasion.
