A Bill to amend Section 44-7-315, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the disclosure of certain information pertaining to a community residential care facility or an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded or a group home operated by a county mental retardation board or the State Mental Retardation Department so as to provide that the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control may disclose certain information relating to a nursing care facility or other facilities licensed by the Department or subject to inspection by the Department and to provide that the identity of a complainant not be disclosed except under certain conditions.-amended title
