    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1192, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to nongame fishing devices which may be used in the freshwaters of the State, so as to increase the number of trotlines which may be used in Lake Secession from one hundred hooks maximum to one hundred fifty hooks maximum per license holder.
