A Bill to amend Section 38-77-110, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement for automobile insurers to write coverage for individual private passenger automobile and small commercial risks, so as to require notices of cancellation to state in bold type the compulsory automobile liability and uninsured motorist insurance requirement of the laws of this State and the penalties for violations, and to require the notice language to be promulgated or approved by the Chief Insurance Commission.
