Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 49, DEPT. OF PARKS, RECREATION & TOURISM, page 139, line 10, opposite /OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES/ by decreasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:
