Senator Malloy proposes the following amendment (SMIN-4957.AA0007S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 7, by striking Section 59-102-20(b)(iii) and inserting:

    (iii) is an institution of higher learning or an employee or contractor employed by an institution of higher learning.
