Senator Bright proposes the following amendment (SR-4216.CEM0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking the table in Section 12-6-510(C) of the S.C. Code and inserting:

At least	But less than	Compute tax as follows
$0	$30,000	1.99% times the amount
$30,000	or more	5.39 5.21% times the amount minus $9661,020

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
