The Committee on Education and Public Works proposes the following amendment (LC-3944.CM0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 56-5-4160, by adding a subsection to read:

 (O) The exception provided in subsection (N) shall expire on July 1, 2030.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
