AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT STATE ROAD 14-493 IN CLARENDON COUNTY SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CLARENDON COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road transferred

Section 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall transfer state road 14-493 in Clarendon County situated near the Clarendon County Recreation Department to the Clarendon County road system.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
