A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, RELATING TO HARVESTING BLUEBACK HERRING AND GIZZARD SHAD FROM LAKE MOULTRIE, LAKE MARION, THE TAILRACE CANAL AND THE DIVERSION CANAL, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 2, PAGE 53 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department, relating to harvesting blueback herring and gizzard shad from Lake Moultrie, Lake Marion, the Tailrace Canal and the Diversion Canal, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 2, page 53 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
