A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF SECTION 5(3) OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA EDUCATION FINANCE ACT OF 1977, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 4, PAGE 68 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Board of Education, relating to implementation of Section 5(3) of the South Carolina Education Finance Act of 1977, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 4, page 58 of the State Register pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
