AN ACT TO EXTEND THE SHAD SEASON IN THE PEE DEE RIVER IN GAME ZONE 5 UNTIL MAY TWENTY-FIRST FOR THE YEAR 1980 ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of South Carolina:

Shad season extended

Section 1. The shad season in the Pee Dee River in Game Zone 5 shall be extended until May twenty-first for the year 1980 only.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
