A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE WILDLIFE AND MARINE RESOURCES DIVISION, RELATING TO PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE VICTORIA BLUFF AREA IN BEAUFORT COUNTY, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 2, PAGE 46 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 17 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Wildlife and Marine Resources Division, relating to protection and management of the Victoria Bluff Area in Beaufort County, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 2, page 46 of the State Register pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
