A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE COMMISSION OF FORESTRY, RELATING TO PRICING AND ALLOCATION OF FOREST TREE SEEDLINGS, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 4, ISSUE 6, PAGES 31 AND 33 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1077.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Commission of Forestry, relating to pricing and allocation of forest tree seedlings, published as proposed regulations in Volume 4, Issue 6, pages 31 and 33 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
