AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE COMMISSION OF FORESTRY TO NAME FULTON B. CREECH, SR., FORMER CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION, TO BE CHAIRMAN EMERITUS OF THE STATE COMMISSION OF FORESTRY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Chairman emeritus for Forestry Commission

Section 1. The members of the State Commission of Forestry shall name Fulton B. Creech, Sr., former chairman of the commission, to be Chairman Emeritus of the State Commission of Forestry.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
