AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 664 OF 1978 RELATING TO A PERSONNEL AND COMPENSATION COMMITTEE OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Act 664 of 1978 is repealed.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
