AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 690 OF 1978 RELATING TO THE CLOSING OF A ROAD IN ABBEVILLE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repealed

Section 1. Act 690 of 1978 is repealed.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
