AN ACT TO CHANGE THE VOTING PLACES OF PRECINCT 7, 8 AND 70, REEDY FORK, IN GREENVILLE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting places n precincts in Greenville County

Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7-7-280, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, in Greenville County the voting place for precinct No. 7 in the city of Greenville shall be the New West Greenville Recreation Center; the voting place for Precinct No. 8 in the City of Greenville shall be the West End Fire Station and the voting place for Precinct 70, Reedy Fork, shall be the Augusta Road Ruritan Building.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval of the Governor.
