AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 186 OF 1971, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT 4 IN MCCORMICK COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE LATEST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF THE BUDGET FROM FEBRUARY FIRST TO APRIL FIRST.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

When budget to be submitted

Section 1. Item (2) of Section 1 of Act 186 of 1971, as last amended by Act 472 of 1976, is further amended to read:

"(2) The budget of the trustees shall be submitted to the governing body of the county, no later than April first, for approval and the governing body may increase or decrease the budget as it deems necessary and proper."

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
