AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 21 OF 1939, RELATING TO THE SINKING FUND COMMISSIONS FOR THE VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICTS OF ANDERSON.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

Section 1. Act 21 of 1939 is repealed.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
