A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE, RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE MINIMUM STANDARDS ACT; ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE SOLICITATION; AND REPLACEMENT OF ACCIDENT AND HEALTH INSURANCE, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 3, ISSUE 22, PAGES 22 THROUGH 82 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the Department of Insurance relating to implementation of the Individual Accident and Health Insurance Minimum Standards Act; accident and health insurance solicitation; and replacement of accident and health insurance, published as proposed regulations in Volume 3, Issue 22, pages 22 through 82 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
