AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A PORTION OF ROAD S-340 IN BARNWELL COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed and removed from system

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-340 spur, extending from Road S-340 approximately two-tenths of a mile east of S. C. Route 64 northerly to Station 3+00 for a distance of six-tenths of a mile, in Barnwell County.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
