AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE FLORENCE COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION TO DESIGNATE THE VOTING PLACE IN EACH PRECINCT OF THE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Election commission to designate voting places

Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7-7-260 of the 1976 Code, the Florence County Election Commission is authorized to designate the voting places in each of the precincts of the county.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval of the Governor.
