AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRAFFIC ROAD S-41-310 IN SALUDA COUNTY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:30A.M. AND 3:30P.M. MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to close road during certain hours

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation is directed to close to public traffic Road S-41-310 in Saluda County between the hours of 7:30a.m. and 3:30p.m. Monday through Friday.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
