AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE GOVERNING BODY OF SUMTER COUNTY SHALL APPOINT THE REGISTER OF MESNE CONVEYANCES FOR THE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Governing body shall appoint register of mesne conveyances in Sumter County

Section 1. The governing body of Sumter County shall appoint the register of mesne conveyances for the county under such items and conditions as may be agreed upon by the governing board.

Time Effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
